Friendly & engaging salesperson (RYAN) who showed us all options available.

the sales assistant Ryan was very knowledgeable and very helpful. we had the dog with us and he evenheld the dog while we tried out the beds for comfort. other stores would not let us even in with a dog.

Only went in for a look at beds. Came across a breadboard I really liked and ordered it . The sales lady was very helpful and friendly, she appeared to be on her own and when more customers came in she didn't rush with my order, she made sure I was happy with delivery etc. Her name was Julie .

I was very impressed with the knowledge, help and time I was given when I chose to need it, all-round it was a very good experience.

Julia was very helpful, knowledgable and patient. With her help and guidance, we picked a mattress that we feel will be a good fit. We were recommended a mattress protector and also purchased two new pillows which we extremely comfortable. On Julia’s advice we took out the bed cover plan which we felt was very good value for money. We were also offered refreshments which was very welcome given the heat.

Great service from Julia and Alex. Only downside the delivery delay.

Julia was very helpful, showing us products that we had not thought about before and explaining the positives attributes.

My 1st visit on 2nd August was excellent as Julia took me to three products fitting my needs and did a superb job of explaining their pros and cons and availability. On the second visit, Nathan helped us complete the purchase efficiently.
