Vicky the sales woman was extremely helpful, i have fibromyalgia and have specific needs which she was very helpful with, we were welcomed in a really friendly but not pushy manor, she even gave me a pillow to use whilst trying the beds and we were offered a nice cool drink as it was very hot outside. We were very impressed the vicky and didnt feel pressured at all, which is refreshing.

There was no pressure on me purchasing my mattress, he was very nolagable about the product. He let me try as many as I liked before I decided. He made sure that my purchase was right for me.

The service given by Julia was without doubt, the best I have received anywhere for a very long time. Her approach to us on entering the store was both welcoming and friendly. Julia's product knowledge, advice and assistance were all first class. In my working life I was an area manager in a customer service/sales organization and I would rate Julia as good as the very best that I ever employed. In a world where one often encounters awful service in was so refreshing to meet someone like Julia and you are to be congratulated on having such good staff.

I had met Julia during a previous purchase and her knowledge and truisms used led me to purchasing the bed her daughter has for my son. She remembered me as soon as I walked in , greeted me warmly and my mother, she was attentive without being suffocating and listened to exactly what we wanted and needed for my son.

Staff were knowledgeable and helpful without being suffocating.
