We visit the store twice first to see the bed and get measurements you staff were very helpful. We refurned to the store next day and all the staff were excellent .We were looked after by Lewis on both occasions and had a excellent of the products and was able to give us excellent advice what would be best for us. On both occasions we were given a drink-coffee which was most welcome

Because the staff were very helpful, we even received a lovely cup of coffee! And the amount of choices and variations of goods.

Lewis was understanding of our requirements. Gave us plenty of time to try different mattresses. Offered us hot drinks. Was knowledgeable. Took the time to complete the purchase although it ment him staying late to complete the paperwork. We were impressed with the service he gave us. Thank you Lewis.

Nathan made sure I knew he was available if I needed assistance without being pushy but was very responsive when I asked for help. He listened and helped me to buy what I am going to be really pleased with

My Son and I were very pleased with the help we were given on your beds.We already have a Dreams bed but I am now going with a single electric bed as my husband has now gone into a Residentiial home the super king is much to big for me on my own. I have been very satisfied with the bed I had but now to big for one person. Your staff treated us very well on a very hot day. The colleague’s who sold me the bed were. Great service and exceptional knowledge from both Julie and Nathan. They were both very welcoming and couldn't be more helpful. We will definitely be back to Dreams in Bury St Edmunds and would recommend to all our family and friends.
