Nathan was an excellent salesman. He was very friendly and accommodating from the moment we stepped inside the shop.

The representative (Julia) who helped my daughter and myself was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I explained about my daughters health problems and she did not "lead" us to one particular product to try and make a sale, she was able to make suggestions and explain options regarding mattresses, and she was very patient while we discussed what we wanted. Not feeling rushed or pressured by Julia made making a decision on which beds we wanted stress free.

We went into the Bury St Edmunds store with a rough idea of what we wanted. Nathan was quick to offer assistance and knew the products well and even made suggestion as to what products may be more suitable when we explain our situation (me being a wheelchair user). We quickly picked the mattress and frame with Nathan’s help and great . He even showed us how the ottoman beds work which sold it to us instantly. The transaction was easy he explain the bed cover option and finance option clearly. overall very happy

We were served by Julia at the bury st Edmund's store, she approached us as soon as we entered to ask if we would like help, which we did, 20mins later we had a fantastic tempur mattress, insurance and other things ordered, we were offered tea which was really nice, and both the staff were very knowledgeable, normally I just want to pay and go, but it was really good, soooooo excited to get my mattress, and to have the service where they will take your old mattress away in a big secure bag, brilliant.

Very friendly member of staff (Nathan). He answered my questions but did don't pester me.

Staff have been available to assist on the several times we've been into the store, they remembered what we had been looking at previously and answered our questions. They also suggested checking the mattress would fit put he stairs prior.

I received attention from the moment I walked into the shop. I was not rushed or pressed into making a decision. The knowledge of the lovely lady who looked after me was excellent . Nothing was missing from my experience. Thank you
