i brought a bed from your bury st edmunds store where i was greated by a lovely lady called julia, she was so kind offering to make us drinks and nothing was to much trouble when it came to putting together the type of bed and mattress i wanted, she wasnt to pushy and we did not feel under pressure to buy which was nice as she was so professional, we did look at different store next door but had terrible service that we walked straight back out and went to julia. i honestly can not praise this lady enough. would recommend anyone thinking of buying from dreams to go to your bury branch. great experience all round today with meeting her.

We were well received Nathan took the time to understand what we were looking for and then showed us the various options. We did not feel pressurised but were given all the information we needed to go away and compare products and prices.

The salesman was very polite, informative and patient, as we also mentioned we were going to check out and compare the mattress next to the store. He was very fair and patient. Buying a mattress was an important event for me, and throughout the informative sale I didn't feel intimidated or pressured to purchase the item. Excellent service! Rare these days! 😁

I am a returning customer to Dreams - I came back to order a the same bed & mattress for a holiday home that I had purchased 2 years previously. The bed is a very good quality frame and the mattress is so comfy I wanted the exact same one again. The assistant was able to locate my previous purchase on the system and I was delighted to find that both bed and mattress were still available. The assistant was very helpful, polite and professional, I am always happy with my experience in the Dreams store in Bury St. Edmunds.
