Staff very friendly and helpful. Store set out well to enable easy access around each bed. All items clearly described and priced. Handy to be able to test before you buy.

Member of staff at Bury St Edmunds, Nathan, was extremely polite helpful and told us everything in detail from start to finish. Most importantly he makes a cracking cup of coffee.

the assistant Natham Lewis was so helpful and explained all about the product I was buying I was very impressed with the store and the products you displayed I really was impressed with the whole experience buying a bed is very difficult and I really was worried about it.I will be going back to look at pillows and look forward to visiting the store again your manager there is so very nice and helpful so rare in this day and age. Nathan was very friendly and knowledgeable . I would maybe have liked a little more opinion on what would suit me however understand its quite an individual choice which I could only make.
