Friendly staff and reasonable prices

Staff were very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. Sales executive was unassuming.

Nathen at the bury st Edmunds branch was very helpful, and knew what he was talking about, not pushie and trying to make me buy things I did not need a joy to shop there I will be back when I need a new bed or mattress

because the person looking after us was very helpful and friendly.

This was the first time I have ever purchased a bed from a store and the experience was absolutely delightful. Nathan was incredibly helpful, insightful, and geniunely made the simple process of choosing a bed a very wonderful thing. The store truly lived up to it's name as a dream and my only complaint is that I don't have any reason to shop there on a regular basis.

Because Julia was very helpful and friendly, knew what the product was about. she was not pushy in selling the bed. Explained about the delivery and information which we asked very satisfied with her help.

While I found some of the signage confusing when it states this set, however doesn't include certain parts the colleagues soon pointed out what includes what.

Salesman very pleasant spoke as we walked in the store. Knew product and explained everything while ordering.

We were very happy with the information that given to us by Nathan, he was very happy to help. We had refreshments offered to us and we didn't feel rushed

we where allowed to wander around unhinded until we made up our minds .we then asked questions on our choice and we where given other options and told why they might be a better choice than we had made. at no time did we feel pressure into making us buying the products . as we where not pushed we decided to buy your products . we had only gone in the store to have a look
