we where allowed to wander around unhinded until we made up our minds .we then asked questions on our choice and we where given other options and told why they might be a better choice than we had made. at no time did we feel pressure into making us buying the products . as we where not pushed we decided to buy your products . we had only gone in the store to have a look

The salesman approached us soon after our arrival and took time to listen to what we needed. He then explained the colour-coding system clearly and left us to try various mattresses without any sales pressure. Once we had decided on then product we wanted we sat down and everything about delivery, insurance, collection of old mattress, etc was clearly explained. We left the store feeling that we had had a very good experience and looked forward to receiving the chosen mattress in due course .

Your salesman Ryan was very helpfull in assisting to our needs. We were not hassled in any way to making our choice, and a welcome cup of coffee was given while taking our time to decide. Overall a very good service to the customer.
