Everything was very professional. The person that helped my wife and I was very informative and helped us make a decision, he also offered tea and coffee. Shop floor was immaculate and well laid out.

We were greeted in a friendly fashion on walking into the showroom. The salesman quickly identified our specific need of a mattress without buttons and showed us a choice of products that would meet our needs. We were offered coffee when we sat down to discuss the order. Placing the order was a straightforward process during which everything was explained clearly. Documentation was gone through in detail. We felt very satisfied with the whole experience.

help ready available when needed offered coffee while we browsed assistant didn't pressure us told us there to help but left us to browse til we requested his help. we have had to change our order since visit from king size to double but that is simply because king just won;t fit up our stairs

Nathan assisted me with my bed frame and mattress purchase. He was informative, listened to my needs, was patient with me and helped me choose the best mattress for my needs at the price I could afford. He was friendly, fun but professional at all times. The member of staff called Nathan was realy realy helpful with answering my worries about a bunk bed for my little boy. He also mentioned that it wud be worth us getting bed cover as it wud save me money and worry if my little one a accident as they wud come out and clean it if i couldn't as i was already looking at the waterproof mattress protectors. I also bought one of the mattress protectors for my nana as she is 87 and they seem like they are realy good quality. He also made us a lovley cappuccino whilst ordering stuff which was a much appreciated little break off my feet at 30 weeks pregnant. I will highly recommended the bury st edmunds store in the future.
