We were welcomed into the store by very polite staff were giving a coffee. And Ryan who served was very knowledgeable about all the products in your bury st Edmunds store and made buying a bed and mattress form you very easy and pleasing thank you very much.

The assistant who helped us was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She provided us with help choosing a mattress but wasn’t too pushy. We were invited to try a variety of options in different price ranges.

Your sales assistance Julia was very helpful, she understood our predicament and helped us find a suitable product, the Sales Manager even helped as I was unsure as to the washing of the product. Your staff couldn't have been better and we were very impressed. We bought two mattresses a protector and the insurance. I would definitely go back to the store to buy again and would recommend your Bury St Edmunds branch.

Julia took my wife and I under her wing as soon as we entered the store. She was smart on appearance and after our explantion why were there, she presented her prducts very professionally, clearly and succinctly and the same at conclusion of sale with all the forms required. We were also offered a cup of coffee which we accepted. We were also pleased that Decaf was also offered. Overall an experience that tells us that Dreams trains their sales employees to an excellent standard. We will not hesitate to teturn should we need to in the future.

We had been looking at beds for some time, we was watching TV and see the advert so off we go to bury the next day to have a look in your store and we found just what we were looking for and the staff was very helpful and pleasant.
