We explained what we were looking for and Natham was very unerstanding and very helpful and found the best product and solution we were looking for

Arrived with my daughter as she had purchased a bed the week before, I too needed a new bed , Nathan assisted us throughout the whole shopping experience, very satisfied and really helpful staff member. Tried several types and finally did a purchase on a lovley bed.

The lady shop assistant was lovely and extremely helpful!😀. She answered our questions in a very professional manner!my husband mentioned that he suffers from.a bad back and would a firm mattress be the best option but the kind lady said no.a medium one is best and we said we couldnt afford to much about £300 budget to spend on a mattress and as u had a gd sale on thought be a gd oppotunity to buy one we could afford!so we ordered a £289 one reduced from £700 odd!so we were very happythank you.

I was greeted in a friendly manner and asked if I needed assistance, but then left to browse until I needed help. The assistant was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable.

Ryan was very polite helpful and offered us drinks as well.
