Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

From the moment we entered the store Ryan the sales assistant was very polite and attentive. We explained the need for a new mattress and he gave us a few options and left us to experiment with a few selections. After a short while he returned to offer us a brew and asked if we had any further ideas of what we wanted. When we pointed out the type and style we were interested in, Ryan then gave us an excellent de brief on the mattress' build and design specifications as well as a very detailed description of the accidental cover plan option. We purchased the matress with the cover plan and also 2 new pillows. Very impressed with the selection the store had to offer and the proffesionalism of all the staff but mainly Ryan (who even got a high 5 from our 7 month old daughter)

I was highly satisfied with my trip to dreams because Julia (the assistant) was really kind and helped to show me mattresses that were in my price range. She also offered myself a drink and we had a lovely chat.

Felt welcome and was allowed to browse at my own pace,did not feel under pressure to place an order.

display arrangements of items. it was easy to find out an item and every bit of information was clear. Sales executive was excellent in helping and providing necessary information. She was polite and welcoming.

After going to 3 Bed shops I ended up at Dreams in Bury St Edmunds on Thursday 8th Feb, straight after walking in I was greeted by Ryan, and asked if he could help me, I was even offered a Berevage ,Great customer service, I tried what I thought hot rods be the bed I wanted and was shown to several other some I liked some I did not, I think mainly to Ryan was trying to find something that suited my needs, I found 3 beds that I liked, however I wanted to research them, and I said that I would call back next day after speaking to my husband, I did call back in the shop on Friday 9th Feb and was greeted by Julia and once again as soon as I walked in the door she asked if she could help , she had remembered me from the day before, was offered a drink, I tried all 3 mattress again , found the one, the sale I did with Lewis and as I sat down to confirm purchase he too offered myself and my daughters and grandson all a drink, Lewis also told me to test different pillows to , as they too do alter the mattress , what a difference a pillow makes, I never knew this. Something to bear in mind now, but I did refuse a pillow as wanted to try my home one first. Great customer service.

We were able to purchase an improved replacement for our 9 year old hand made mattress rather than having to buy a mass produced mattress.

Buying a new mattress is something you don't do very often and can be overwhelming when beginning the process. The assistance we received from our sales assistant at Dreams was very friendly, very informative and and not a heavy sales pitch. We returned on several occasions to try try the mattress that interested us and each time we were greeted with the same friendly assistance.

This was one of our best shopping experiences that we have ever had .In Bury St. Edmunds Ryan and Lewis were brilliant . So friendly , and aloud us time to decide on this big purchase . Even asked us if we would like a drink , we said " no thankyou " Then Lewis says " Let us know if you change your mind " We were very impressed by that . Lewis took us around the store and explained the differences between the mattress comfort's . This was a real mind- field to us but he aloud me to lay on mattress's so i could feel the differences . I am so excited that mattress we have choosen will be so comfortable and surportive to my back .

Very satisfied with the treatment we recelveden in store. Before Xmas we visited and Nathan explained the colour code system to us, asked us to choose a pillow to use and left us to browse, offering us tea and coffee. We did not purchase on that occasion and were determined to return to do so. Yesterday we returned and saw Ryan as Nathan was at lunch. He too was very thorough and helpful and we made a purchase which we are extremely happy with. Several other bed retailers were not up to the standard of the service of Dreams. We will be recommending the company and the branch as being very friendly and thorough. Thank you to all.
