The adviser approached and asked if I requested any help, the questions I asked came with answers promptly and I was put at ease , asked to try out all types of mattresses ask for help if required, did I require a drink of tea or coffee, I declined but what a kind thought, i selected the mattress my wife and wanted . No hassle straight forward all explained quite a great experience and service . Thank you

Brilliant service. The assistant who helped me was called Julia and she was very helpful and answered all my questions which helped me find the right mattress for my needs.

I wanted a mattress for a bed I have and I need to sleep with my legs in a raised position, your staff were very helpful in measuring the height of any mattress for me.asgetting on and off of the bed is a problem.They found the right mattress in another of your stores and arranged delivery to suit me.My daughter was pleased as well . Good welcome. Time to browse then asked if we needed any help. Ryan listened to our needs and took time to go through various options. He even rearranged a display so we could easily lay on different mattresses to help us make a decision.

The whole experience was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the coffee was excellent too.

Julia Blake was friendly and very helpful with the order of the bed ,she had time to show me other items of interest in the store as well.

I visited Bury St Edmunds DREAMS with my partner and our 2 1/2 year old son. Our chasìng around the store preventing our son jumping, climbing and butting pushing did not phase the sales assistant (Ryan). His approach, laid back selling style and genuine 'niceness' made us feel at ease instantly. His knowledge was vast and we were soon trying out all the mattresses as a family which was great fun. We ended up spending good money on a bed, money I had no intention of spending when we went 'Looking'.Ryan played a huge part in that happening today.. I'm commending him because it's deserved but part of me curses him too! ;) can't wait for delivery now! Well done DREAMS... buy that man a drink!

We wanted a double bed that could convert into two singles, the salesman was very helpful explaining which size bed would be required for this and the different mattress options that were available.
