Ryan in the Bury St Edmunds store was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating to both my wife and myself. He was friendly with out being overly familiar. I was also happy that the delivery time quoted to me was a lot less than was quoted to me directly from the supplier.

Kind friendly staff. They gave us helpful advice and listened to all our needs.

The chap that served us, think his name was Nathan, at Bury St Edmunds branch. What he never knew about beds and mattresses was not worth knowing. Excellent!

Very knowledgable assisstant, used the bed scanner which was very helpful and interesting. Great product knowledge. Very friendly and helpful.

Nathan was massively helpful on our visit. We didn't intend to purchase but we did want to find the right mattress. He helped us use the sleep system to find the suitable one for us and led us through every mattress picked for us. He didn't try to sell the most expensive like some do, he perfectly sold us the right one for us. The delivery time is a week! Couldn't be better overall satisfied with our tip to the Bury St Edmunds store on Saturday

Nathan (Santa) was extremely helpful, friendly and supportive and understanding of our needs. He explained in-depth and was very knowledgable. We visited the store whilst we were in the area to get an idea of costs etc, came away to think and discuss buying the mattress, we had no hesitation in going back to the store to buy the mattress from Nathan due to the time he spent with us in choosing it! It made it a lot easier to part with money having such a friendly member of staff dealing with us and his side kick made it a entertaining mattress shopping experience!
