Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

We were welcomed and assisted almost immediately. Different makes of mattress were explained, my needs were questioned and examples of appropriate beds were demonstrated. Time was given to make decisions with explanations of finance options given clearly.. A very different experience from the bed store situated next door. Very good.

I felt welcomed by warm, friendly and efficient members of staff. They were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and patient and very helpful. The products I bought are fantastic. My Mum in Law was equally satisfied with our afternoon in Dreams in Bury St Edmunds. We went away very happy. Thank You.

Friendly helpful staff, excellent product range, plenty of time to think

The staff were very helpful on several occasions when we had been in to look at the product. We never felt too pressured to make the decision there and then. They were very efficient and explained everything in detail telling us exactly what we would be getting for our money.
