I was served by Ryan in Bury St Edmunds he was very helpful explained everything clearly took his time even made me a cup of tea and gave foster child a drink.

Our Dreams Colleague Ryan was very helpful and knowledgable. Making the whole process of purchasing a high end mattress easy and stress free.

The overall service and understanding from our assistant made the experience of finding the perfect bed for 2 very diffrent difficult sleepers so much easier her knowledge of the products within Dreams made us feel we have the right product at the right price 2 very happy customer

The salesman Rhian was a complete superstar. He saw we’d found the mattress we wanted and rushed off to make us a lovely hot mug of tea and whilst going through process of paperwork I had a tearful moment as we have lost our Son due to a car crash last September, Rhan wasn’t fazed and quickly found me a few tissues which made me smile and back on track. Above and beyond his job title I’d say. We had traveled 45 minutes to this store and we where quickly processed. That in our eyes is truly the best service every. I’m not a good shopper and would normally do this on line. 5*

Staff very friendly and helpful - had very good knowledge of the products. Not pushy - spent a long time with us as and when we needed.

We were greeted by a member of staff and offered coffee as soon as we walked into the store, the service was very friendly and the staff had great knowlege about the products. There was something for everybody in store and overall it was an enjoyable process placing and order.

Information on Mattresses was very helpful because of all the different ones
