Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

We visited initially on Boxing Day and were given good information by Grace. We were not harrassed, or made to feel we needed to place an order and were given the right amount of support. When we returned to place our order today both the store manager and sales advisor, Ryan, were equally pleasant and informative.

Was served by Nathan at bury st Edmund store he was really friendly approachable and had great knowledge and patients dealing with me.

The store assistant was very polite & courteous and had a good knowledge of information on mattresses, etc.

Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions perfectly.

I probably would have not been able to place an order without the help and assistance of your sales advisor Nathan.

We were unsure of exactly what type of mattress was best for us. We had heard and read a lot about memory foam and were minded to purchase a memory foam mattress. However after talking to and receiving advice from the assistant, then trying the various options for comfort we purchased a divan bed with the Therapur Acti Gel mattress. This mattress offers both support and comfort without the overheating associated with memory foam and we are looking forward to receiving our purchase.

Ryan served us, he was really helpful and friendly and wasn't at all in our faces. He was truly brilliant with our little girl and took time to make sure she enjoyed herself.

Julia was absolutely amazing, her product knowledge very much helped in the selection of our 2 beds and 4 mattresses, she offered us mince pies and coffee several times over our 2 hour visit to the Bury St Edmund's store and was happy to show us several options and tailor made our requirements to our needs. Absutely Lovely lady who allowed us to take our time and make the choices that suited us best, with us leaving with a spend of £2800, when initially we were coming to price up! We were so impressed with the customer service, quality of product and delivery date that we decided to buy there and then. Top marks for Bury St Edmund's store, being able to see and feel the range definitely helped in our purchases.
