Very helpful from start to finish. Although the bed was not available to view we had lots of assistance choosing a mattress.

The salesperson Ryan was very cheerful, very helpful and knew what he was talking about, the whole building was warm and clean with the product's laid out well.

Fantastic....Julia (Bury St. Edmunds store) was brilliant. She offered my wife and I tea, coffee and mince pies on our arrival at store and made us both feel so welcome...never did she put us under any pressure to buy anything that we didn't want. She gave us all the information we needed and guided us to the products that suited our requirements best. We had a brilliant shopping experience helped all the way by the lovely Julia. *****
