Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

I was very impressed with the whole experience. The staff, especially Julia, were friendly, helpful and informative. I had previously visited Bensons Beds and DFS, and was delighted with the service from Dreams.

Julia from the Bury st Edmunds store was very knowledgable of the products as we were unsure as to what we wanted , she was very lovely and didn’t just give us the speal ,she actually listened and definitely knew her products , I would definitely go back to her .

Julia was very knowledgeable and helpful in making our decision on a new mattress. Even though she showed us a couple of pillows that we didn't plan on buying bit then couldn't leave without :). Suggesting mattresses for us, offering hot beverages. Nathan was very friendly and professional in closing the deal and completing the order.

Ryan from the Bury St Edmunds store was very courteous and explained the layout of the store to us and what the color code meant. There was a great sale going on at the time that allowed us to get lots of accessories for minimal price. For constructive criticism, make sure the Tempur cool touch technology is noted as a premium in the price. There was a better deal on a tempur mattress in the store next door and my wife and I tried to do a price match, but nobody explained that the dreams mattresses had the cool touch tech and the next door store didn’t.

The Store Manager was very knowledgeable. Although he was readily available to answer our questions, he described the options early on, then left us to make our decision. Once we had made a decision, the asked some good questions to make sure we were happy with our product. A good experience

Julie was extremely helpful, very knowledgable about the range of products and willing to keep our 1 year entertained while we were testing products

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, made us a coffee whilst we looked around then went though all our options with us

The whole experience was excellent. Ryan was highly professional, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Nathan understood our needs and acted accordingly. The Manager (sorry can't remember his name) was professional, extremely competent and treated us with a great deal of respect. The variety of goods available was excellent and the delivery service also. One of the best retail experiences we have had- even my husband was pleased with the service !!!! We will definitely go to Dreams again and trust the service and quality of the products.
