Julie Sea-Borne couldn't have been more helpful during our sale and both she and her colleague Nathan welcomed us as soon as we entered the store and gave me a coffee and explained the different type and categories of mattresses available and let us try them out without any pressure.

We visited the Bury St Edmunds store and dealt with Julie Sea-Bourne. She couldn't have been more friendly with us. We're buying our first house and not sure about how things work and she explained it all to us and was so helpful! Would recommend to everyone! Couldn't beat the service we had! Happy customers

The assistant Julie was highly knowledgeable about all the mattresses, and friendly enough also that I wanted to purchase there if I found something just right for me. Furthermore the mattress I settled on was just what I was looking for.

didnt really know about beds but Lewis was amazing expaining everything ....even offered us a coffee which i thought was really nice

The salesman was on his own, with 3 potential customers to deal with. He managed really well and spoke to all of us, then addressed each customer's query and specifications really well. He kept eye contact with us all, and apologised for the delay. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative and answered my (and everyone else's) questions politely and patiently

We visited your store in Bury St Edmunds last weekend and after finding a bed we were going to order from and different shop we decided that we got a lot better service from the lady in your store( think she was called Julie). She was very good and really knew her stuff, will go back there in the future.

friendly staff who quickly served us and were very helpful. There was a problem with one computer not linking to a printer but they were very apologetic and offered tea/coffee. also they were very good with our children specifically the employee named Ryan i did not get his surname but he is in the bury st edmunds branch.
