The store was bright clean and well played out, different firmness mattresses were well indicated with a large selection available to try. We were created and informed of the firmness colour codes and were not rushed in any way to make our choice. We were offered and given a coffee and made to feel important customers. When we had made our choice our order was processed and double checked to make sure it was correct and the delivery dates offered were varied and we were happy to choose one that suited us. The 40 day trial offer was explained fully as were all the other terms and conditions.

The knowledge of the staff was high which really helped me find the mattress i was looking for. They were patient when i was deciding on what i wanted to purchase and were friendly throughout the time i was there. I will be recommending dreams to friends and family and i'm sure i'll be back when i need something else.

Nicola in the bury st Edmunds store was brilliant. She said she had been working for the company for only 4days but this was not apparent in the service we received. She actually spent time with my wife talking to her and making her feel at ease. She also took a genuine interest in our needs. When I asked a few questions she was able to get an answer very quickly. She is a credit to your company and store!

on entering the store an assistant approached to offer assistance although she had only been working for this company for a short period of time she was knowledgeable and helpful any questions she could not answer she asked advice from a senior member of staff. this in itself gave me the confidence that she did not bluff her answers and answered truthfully. both store personnel were friendly and made you feel relaxed.

Lewis in store was very helpful.

The staff were very attentive and helpful and were keen to ensure we got the product that suited our needs. We were not hurried and everything was explained in detail.
