We were offered assistance as soon as we entered the store. Our salesman Nathan was very helpful and friendly and even offered us tea/coffee. We were very happy with our shopping experience, and would recommend the shop to our friends and family.

Basically, Julie. She was so patient, friendly and kind. We were not the easiest of customers by any means but she was understanding, fantastic with our little boys and really took the time to understand our needs. There was no hard pressure, she let us try each mattress as we felt needed, advised us on each but ultimately left the decision to us. It all colleagues were like Julie it would be so much easier and nicer to choose.

Your manager was extremely helpful in helping us decide which was the best product for us including doing the mattress test. He spent time showing us the various products and explaining the differences.

Nathan was great, he was very knowledgeable and able to point us in the right direction quickly and had great insight into what we needed.

The member of staff spent a lot of time with us explaining how different beds helped he was very knowledgable of the products in the store

The salesman (Nathan I think) listened to my requests, didn’t rush us even though closing time was close & was very knowledgeable.

We were dealt with immediately on entering the store; assessed for the best mattress to meet our requirements; the whole process was excellent and we look forward to having our new mattress delivered on the date we requested.

Nathan at your Bury St Edmunds store was amazing. He guided me in the direction of bedding I required, but also recognized my wishes. Top bloke!
