i asked for what i needed and the member of staff was very helpful

Salesperson Nathan, very helpful. My mother has limited mobility and specific requirements which he listened to and identified appropriate mattresses.

Lewis that helped us put the order through was fantastic the service was friendly, welcoming and professional.

Told what we wanted and was instructed to where those beds were made the sale agreed on date of delivery and was soon out of the store with everything done and explained to us

I was the only person in the store and the assistant Ryan was very helpful. He explained the different types of mattress I could have. Apart from the fact that there was a lot of noise from drilling in the next door store it was very satisfactory.

I was at the Bury St Edmunds Suffolk store on the last day before your offer ended and the sales guys had loads of stuff they had to do ready for the following day. It was 1730 when i got there and Nathan coupdn't help me enough, even though i could see they had tons to do. He offered advice on which mattresses to try so i knew what i was testing and even made me a coffee too! Fantastic knowledge even though he said he'd only been working there for 2 months, and absolutely couldn't do enough even though i only made my decision about 20 mins before store closing. He went the extra mile and i'm very grateful for his help in making my purchase. Please pass my thanks onto him! :)

My overall experience of shopping at dreams was very pleasant i was greated as i entered the store,and was shown the products within my price range , I was then given time to browse the products and when needed the sales assistant was very helpful giving me the information about the product

I was looking for a new bed and mattress for when I move. The range in store was good and I had no trouble in finding what I wanted. The assistant guided me through the choice of mattresses, benefits of etc. Once decided ordering was simple. Item available immediately and I had a wide choice of delivery dates. All in all a 10 out of 10 experience. Will not hesitate to use Dreams again.
