Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

Had been to Dreams a few months ago,found rude and not helpful staff.I decided to go back and give Dreams another chance as it was only one member of staff I had issues with.Im really glad I did ,I couldnt of had a better experience than I did on 16/09/2017,everything went perfectly and I actually felt the staff wanted my business.I have not taken delivery of my items yet but if I am as pleased with them as I was my store visit I will be more than happy

The man in the shop was friendly, informative but not intrusive. We were able to peruse but ask questions as they arose. The sales was straightforward and we were surprised at how quick delivery was going to be.

Very friendly approach from the store manager who knew his trade very well. We were left alone after receiving all the information we needed to make a decision and then the store manager was ready to assist us once again when we were ready without any pressure from a sales person approach. I don't thing we were the easiest customers but the store manager made us very comfortable. The only let down was taking out finance as this was very slow. However this was not Dreams thought, there was a delay the other end. This was dealt with professionally and was offered teas while we wait.

The staff we spoke to were helpful, knowledgeable but without being 'pushy' in any way. They assisted us with information & then allowed us time to finalise our decision. Overall, we were extremely impressed.

Ryan was great at explaining the different mattresses to us and helping us find a product to suit our needs. He explained dreams 40 day exchange policy which made choosing your store easier than going somewhere else in case we ended up not being comfortable once we got this mattress home. He wasn't pushy, yet he took care of all of our needs, offering extras like mattress protectors that were on sale and talking to us about other items we were considering as well. Store was also equipped to keep our children busy so we could shop without them getting antsy. Great store, great customer service!
