The Dreams representative was clearly very knowledgeable on all of the products we were interested in and very helpful without being pushy. The store was undergoing a refit when we visited but all beds and mattresses were logically laid out with the rep pointing out what we might be interested in and where to look. The whole ordering process was very straightforward, made easier by the friendliness of the staff, and the only slight disappointment was the lead time for delivery of the matteess we wanted (as it is made to order). The 40 night guarantee was the clincher as we knew that we could choose a different firmness if our initial choice proved to be wrong. All in all a great experience.

Very helpful staff (LEWIS), made us feel welcome with a nice cup of tea. he explained that the store was being refurbished but in no way would that cause a problem with our demonstration of the mattress or cause any inconvenience during our visit. He explained in detail the care, materials used delivery options and disposal of our old mattress, in a way that we were able to understand.

Good experience, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Ordering was easy and quick, we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly delivery was scheduled. We opted for complete service - removal of old bed and assembly - last time we bought from Dreams delivery/assembly was really smooth and all done and dusted in 10 minutes, hoping for similar experience this time fingers crossed.
