Shop assistant very knowlegeable about products. Gave advice when sought. Very helpful in all aspects of the purchase. THe shop is currently undergoing an upgrade so was quite crowded. However, I am sure when work is complete there will be space and choice.

We originally put our order in for a Superking size bed as there was a good deal on a showroom mattress. It was the Manager, Lewis, who then queried with us to check we could get the mattress up the stairs of our 3 storey house. As it turns out - we couldn't and on returning to the store, he helped with changing the order to a king size and finding us a suitable, replacement mattress.

Both staff members on duty were very friendly and helpful, they made a good team.

Great customer service and interaction. The store in bury st Edmund's needs restructuring though, it felt very empty almost like a void. Thought it was closing down initially.

The assistants were very helpful and chatty the sofa bed we selected was just what we were looking for, as we needed to decorate the bedroom we had plenty of time to do so.

Very satisfied with our experience at Dreams. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, also didn't feel pressured into buying something.

The Salesperson Sally was very helpful and knowledgeable. The product range was in line with what we were looking for and the whole buying experience was a pleasure. it was something we had put off for some time but was not as traumatic as we had expected.

Was greeted with a smiley face and everything was explained clearly to me about any queries I had. The assistant was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Made purchasing my new bed a pleasure.
