Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

We found what we wanted. We were well advised by Ryan who was understanding, patient and efficient whilst friendly.

This is our third large purchase from the Bury St Edmunds Branch. We always find the staff very polite and knowledgeable.

I came to the store with an idea of the bed frame that I wanted but no prior knowledge of which mattress would be the best option. Ryan (Dreams colleague) was extremely helpful and patient, explaining all of my options and allowing me to try a wide range of mattresses (more than once!), even providing a pillow so I could test them more successfully. I left the store having successfully found what I wanted and with a much greater knowledge of mattress design then when I entered!

People were very hrlpfull and the delivery men were so helpfull

Eric, a member of staff, was very helpful from start to finish, he explained the difference between the different mattresses available and the best for my needs, he was chatty, polite, offered me a drink and explained everything throughly. A* service

Staff were very helpful. They were honest and helped us find the best product for our needs by not picking the most expensive mattress for the guest bedroom.

I had been let down by another company for the delivery of a bed which meant my child had nowhere to sleep that night. So I went to Dreams in Bury St Edmunds. The delivery men were loading their van with beds, I asked if there was any chance they could deliver the same day and they said it was possible if I could find something in the shop. I was met by Ryan who show me what was on offer and gave me an overview of the one I was interested in. I was sold. It was wrapped up on the van and delivered to my address within the hour of ordering. The delivery guys were superb. That's what I call customer satisfaction!!

Sound advice from Sally made it easy to choose and the whole process was completed in a short space of time. There was a short wait for an available till and we were offered drinks while we waited.
