Very friendly staff & took a generous amount of his time to help us understand & chose the right mattress that suited our needs & budget

Eric was clearly very knowledgeable, he listened to our ideas but directed us to the type of mattress and bed we were looking for. We were shopping with our daughter and Eric was attentive to her as he was to us. There was no pressure to buy anything or a certain type of bed, but Eric shared his knowledge and made shopping for a bed enjoyable!

both Ryan and Lewis met us with enthusiasm and care Ryan dealt with our request and demonstrated great knowledge in what we required in style and colour, what he initially showed us was not to our liking and on hearing this he took us to the back of the shop in Bury st Edmunds and offered other items which was more to our liking. Ryan then proceeded to show us the paperwork and also took our details we was satisfied in the cleanliness of store and displays on offer, there was no rush and we laughed and joked with them both, nice one guys

We have been wanting a new mattress for a while and was not really looking forward to buying one but we had a really pleasant time in the store, there where a lot of different ones to try and the sales person Ryan was outstanding.

The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful with great knowledge of the products. The recommendations and suggestions they gave us greatly helped us choose what was actually the choice for for our needs

My wife and I came into the Deams Store in Bury St Edmunds looking for a new bed and another new mattress, the service that we received from Sally was excellent, her knowledge of the products and advise that she gave to us enabled us to proceed with both items with complete confidence, we are now looking forward to receiving our order at the end of May, just in time as we will be moving into our new home the following week. We would most certainly recommend Dreams to our Family and Friends, great service many thanks.

When we entered the store we were greeted. Then asked what we were looking for and could they help. The staff were very helpful and didn't rush us. They also gave us all the alternatives. They really helped to make us decide what we wanted. The service was excellant. The tea and coffee was a lovely touch. All in all we had Avery enjoyable experience shopping for a quite mundane item. Lovely store.

Ryan was extremely helpful and clarified exactly what I was looking for which made the choice a lot easier.
