Friendly, knowledgeable, patient staff. Lewis & Grace deserve a specific mention but all the staff on duty assisted in one way or another - we went with two children under 5 and my wife was suffering from a severe migraine, so shopping for a much-needed mattress (children vomit meant we needed a new one!) was promising to be a tedious exercise but the staff were brilliant. The colouring station for the children kept them entertained and when they'd finished there the staff stepped in to ensure we were able to concentrate on choosing the right mattress without worrying too much about the two children.

Really good help from Eric the sales assistant. Minor issue was that the bed we saw and liked was not available in the size we initially wanted (single) but after further consideration we decided to take the double and rejig the bedroom furniture at home. Eric was very friendly and entertained our 2 year old while we filled in the order form. Other sales assistants offered us drinks while we browsed. Good set of beds on offer. Would go back!

We purchased a new mattress for our bed frame. The assistant Sally was very knowledgeable and completley understood that we required a firm mattress as both mine and my husbands backs have issues. The actual process took about 20 mins from entering the showroom to paying for our goods. only just had time to finish the coffee that Sally had kindly made us. We took hold of our new mattress on Wednesday the 19th just 4 days after our order had been placed, which also took into account Easter Monday. The delivery was pain free. Delivered by two helpful gentlemen who also took our old mattress away.
