I am disabled and was walking on crutches. We were served by Julia. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, informative and understanding. A very good salesperson. Pleased that delivery was only going to be one week.

The assistant, Lewis, was very knowledgeable about all the products in store. He took time to guide us through the SleepMaster system and helped us to make our mattress choice. Very helpful chap

We were met by your sales person as we entered and offered his assistance, which we initially declined to just browse but soon after he at distance understood that we had different thoughts and he asked again did we require help which we accepted. From that moment we found that Ryan your sales person reuseted us to use your bed facility to narrow down what would be suitable to us, this we did and with out we then went onto selecting our final purchase without any pressure, just pointing out all the advantages etc for each product. As you know we made an order and my wife and I felt that we had been lokked after very professionally by Ryan. I am not usually a good shopper and can be very blunt if I am not happy, well I never had that feeling before but left your store feeling special and look forward to receiving our new beds on the 5th November 2021, thank you.
