Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

From entering the store we liked the guys approach not pushy but friendly and he understood our needs, pointing out the different mattresses not going for the most expensive but explaining the various types. We only went to Dreams decided the product was what we wanted, and bought it.

The customer service was excellent. Eric was extremely helpful and professional, and was able to tackle a slightly tough situation for me. Heard that he was retiring and please know that you will be missing a valuable employee. I wish him all the best in his next adventure!

Professional outfit

We found the service very good. Ryan who served us was very knowledgeable on products and an asset to the store. He wasn't pushy on trying to make a sale but kept us informed of other deals and items in stock. Having visited other retailers, we can safely say that your store (bury st edmunds) has provided us with quality products at competitive price.

Vicky, the member of staff we spent time with today, was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable . She was attentive and patient whilst dealing with all our questions and we are certain we have purchased exactly the right product for our requirements!
