Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

I needed a replacement mattress for a double bed as I was hosting a 70th birthday lunch celebration and had overnight visitors. I had a window of just 8 days before the mattress was required and I was doubtful that I would find a store able to fill my order. The assistant in the Bury St Edmunds store called Vicki was so helpful and immediately said that she could show me number of different items. I bought a 'take away' memory foam mattress 30 minutes later which I am delighted with. Vicki was excellent in the way she dealt with my request and it was the best purchasing experience I have had since moving to my house 7 years ago! This is the second purchase I have made at this store - I also bought my Tempur mattress here. Vicki saved my day! Thank you.

Very competent sales colleague and manager

We were served by Vicky who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but not 'pushy' ...she even made us coffee!! We were given lots of advice before we made our minds up for the final purchase. A very quick delivery time and collection of our old mattress was arranged. Have no hesitation in recommending this store and in particular Vicky.

Very friendly service

Ryan was very knowledgeable & helpful without ever being pushy. He quickly established my needs and recommended products very appropriately (I have a back issue, wanted memory foam but worried about being too warm). He advised how best to test the mattresses, and was available when I needed him without hovering. I spent more than I intended but left feeling positive that I've selected the right mattress for me. My only slight gripe is the 4 week lead time for delivery (as SuperKing size are only made to order)
