Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

It was easy to choose the right mattress for us with so many options available to try.

Our salesperson at the Bury St Edmunds store (Ryan) was friendly and knowledgeable we where not pressurized in any way we are looking forward to delivery of the product.

Originally we were just looking for a new mattress. Not to buy yet. We had already been to a different store, where we thought the service was very matter of fact. At Dreams we were shown where the type of mattresses were that we were interested in and left to look around for a while without constant interference. When we needed some advice staff were on hand to give us expert advice. The service was very good.

The assistant was very informative and listened to our needs and expectations being patient and explaining in detail the construction of the different types of mattress. He was not pushy and we feel at ease to make our own minds up to which was the best purchase.

We were offerered assistance but the salesman was not pushy and allowed us time to browse until we were ready for his help. He was polite and knowledgeable about the products.

Eric who help was an excellent salesman and knew exactley what we needed in a new matress.

The colour coded mattresses made it easy to narrow down my options when searching for the right bed for myself - the assistant gave a detailed explanation of the different types of mattresses which helped me choose the best product for me. Being able to mix and match mattresses to bedframes allowed me to purchase everything I needed from one store.

The assistant was very helpfull and seemed to know what she was talking about. She did a price match which saved us lots of money. Very pleased with the whole experience.

We had an idea of what we wanted but your assistant Sally answered all our questions and enabled us to make a final choice.A great help and a very pleasant lady.
