Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

Very wide selection of beds, mattresses, etc and knowledgeable, friendly people to make our visit an enjoyable experience.

The assistant who helped me at Bury St Edmunds store (Ryan) was excellent. He allowed me time to try the beds and explained about how foam beds and in particular Tempur mattresses work.

The gentleman at dreams bury dt edmunds was brilliant.

We knew what we were looking for and went in store to ensure we would like the mattress. Ryan, your sales person was very helpful even though we sprang apon him whilst he was getting ready to close the store. He was very helpful and communicative so we understood the whole process and were happy

The sales assistant was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly - and the delivery lead time was short. This was a very easy shopping experience.

We were greeted by Ryan when we entered the store. he was pleasant and polite and recognised immediately the product that was suited to our needs, he was not over pushy and was able to answer all of our questions. The beds were displayed attractively. If I had one slight niggle it would be that headboards were tucked away at the back of the store but this was no big deal really. We also had to wait for a computer terminal to become available but there were only 2 in the store and it was a busy Sunday morning when everyone seemed to have decided to look at beds!

the sales assistant was very informative and helpful. We were allowed time to try the products and select what suited us best but she was always on hand with advice when needed. All the staff were friendly and polite. We were given a cup of tea while we tried the products and allowed time to discuss our decision, We were shown other products to enhance sleep and generally looked after. We would be happy to recommend this store.

Friendly and informative staff especially the guy who helped me couldn't do enough to help and a vast knowledge of the product I was looking for.I didn't feel any pressure to make a purchase and he had all the time in the world for us ,great with the kids too.five stars really well done
