I am disabled ans was given all the time and help that was needed,the assistant was helpful polite and chatty,he showed us all the different types of bed and mattresses we wanted I couldn't have asked for more. our request was slightly different from normal as we needed a 2ft6in guest bed, and he really went out of his way to get us the right one for us. I am a very happy customer and because of the way we were treated I will be returning in the near future. and have allreadytold several possible customers how pleased we were with your service

We were served by Ryan he was very polite and courteous. We told him we wanted a firm mattress only. He showed us several. But I told him I could only afford £250 he showed us the one bed that was our price range. I told him I had looked on line and seen one I thought sounded ok. straight away he said I will check for you. The one in a the shop was the one I had seen. So I bought it. While we waiting Ryan offered us drinks. We chatted about the weather it would soon be March and Ryan said he was waiting for payday. Very pleasant experience Thank you.

Ryan was very helpful nothing was to much trouble. I said I had seen one on line. So he looked it up and showed us the one in shop. My husband and I tried it out it was very comfortable. We only wanted a firm mattress. While completing our order Ryan offered us a drink. We also bought some pillows.
