Good amount of stock to look at. Friendly helpful staff, gave me a glass of water for the duration, explained fully what was going on at every stage. Relaxed but professional atmosphere.

The sales person was very help in providing advice and explaining how the mattresses were made and its implication to comfort. He also did not push me towards any specific product but suggested a range for me to look at and consider. His helpful, non-pushy and knowledge approach aided me in making the decision to buy from Dreams

Ryan the assistant was very knowledgeable and helped us to select a mattress by explaining the type of spring used and the comfort of the mattress to meet our needs etc. and helped us select some bedding. We were offered a hot beverage and we weren't rushed and there was no pressure selling. He explained everything to us and double checked the order before we paid. Fantastic service. No delivery charge. Will definitely go back to the store when we need to.

Bury St edmunds Store. Grace was pleasant and knowledgeable. Colleagues made a nice cup of tea. We were encouraged to try out the beds and staff were patient and helpful. No pressure to buy. Delivery scheduled quickly and order system was very clear and efficient.

We picked out a mattress and returned three days later to place an order with a particular assistant only to find a price rise! Every effort was made by the store to match the original price.

Ryan who helped us was highly knowledgeable and very, very, kind and understanding of my mother's needs when buying the product. My mother is 88 so being able to try the bed and understand how to use it was very important and Ryan was excellent with her.
