Were given a very comprehensive overview of the various mattresses we were interested in. There was no pressure, made to feel very comfortable and were given full attention.

The assistant who served us was very friendly and helpful and explained everything to us in detail. We were allowed to lie on the mattress's to help us decide the right one for us.

Sally, Understood our needs, helped us focus on appropriate products and gave us the space to make our own minds up after explaining in detail the relevant attributes of each mattress to us. She was also extremely helpful with additional items we purchased including extended warranty.

Afte looking in many different stores for a new bed and matress, i called into Dreams, where Eric introduced himself and asked what i was looking for. He showed me many beds and matresses and explained the differences. I told him i would think about my decision. I then called back in to see him, but he was serving someone else and so Grace helped me to place my order. Both gave excellent assistance.

I reviewed your website prior to visiting your store so already had an idea of the mattress I was interested in. As you have so many mattresses on display, I couldn't immediately find the mattress myself. An assistant soon approached me and after giving her a quick description of the mattress, she immediately took me to the correct one on display. The mattress was just what I was looking for so I decided to purchase one there and then. I was offered a number of delivery dates and found the whole experience very straightforward and efficient.

Eric could have not been any more helpfull to us. he explained everything thank you

We were served by Eric who was brilliant from start to finish product knowledge was fantastic and helped us make a decision after we explained our needs the only issue was delivery time was month Eric did offer to split the delivers in two as we had made two purchases but we decided we would wait for both items at the same time.

The sales guy Eric was helpful,not pushy, explained everything fully. He should be congratulated.
