Because Lewis was very good and had all the information we needed.

Very friendly, knowledgeable assistant, helpful and polite with good advice on what we needed.

We were served by Julia in the Bury St Edmunds store, she was very friendly and helpful, we managed to find just what we were looking for and for within our budget.

Nathan was very attentive and helped me with choosing the right mattress for me, he helped me understand the difference between the springs etc and suggested a few for me to try all staying well within my budget. Once I had chosen what mattress I’d like, he put me on the mattress checker to make sure I had the perfect mattress for myself and my back issues.

I had been looking in to purchasing a new bed frame and mattress and went into the store to get a feel for some of the products I had been looking at online. I honestly hadn’t been planning on purchasing anything on the day. However, after talking with the store’s employee (Julia) I was ready to buy. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the products and showed me around the store spending time to explain the similarities and differences between products patiently. The only reason I didn’t buy both the bed frame and mattress in one go was due to a block on orders on the bed frame I liked (due to delays in shipping, I believe).

Had the store to myself. Ryan was very attentive and offered his assistance if I needed it. This made me browse more and actually purchased the mattress and base as he was not pushy.
