The attention and time spent by Ryan to ensure we find the best option attending or our criteria' while trying to keep a 6 year old entertained. It was an example of what is good customer service!

The gentleman that helped us called Ryan, was very polite and helpful and at No point did he try and suggest a sale that did not suit us or our requirements. He was knowledgeable and helped us to make a decision. Thank you again for your help.

Staff very helpful and explained the different beds and mattresses no problem with the time we took to make our purchase.So much choice wish we could have it now but waiting to have it delivered when we move house.We were offered coffee that we had very nice.Shop was well set out and very clean as were the toilets.There was no pressure with the sale and was helped with our choice.Would recommend to our friends.

Eric, the salesman was incredibly knowledgeable on all aspects of beds, and, almost instinctively, seemed to know exactly what would suit our needs, and after trying a few select mattresses, we found what we were looking for, and some amazing pillows too! Overall a very easy and straightforward purchase

Visited Dreams store in Bury St Edmunds in order to purchase a mattress and received assistance from two members of staff Lewis and Eric. Both were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. I purchased a mattress- I would certainly return to this store again.
