Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

Looking for a bed for our spare room so did not intend spending a huge sum. There were a couple of beds in our price range and they both appeared to be reasonable quality. After visiting Benson next door we decided that the dreams bed was better for us and we were much happier with the zero delivery cost compared to Bensons £45. (On line they mentioned £40 but I'm sure he put a few pound on to take off later)

Dealt with Eric Beattie on initial and final visits and he could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Ryan was clear precise polite and to the point. Like direct people who know what they are selling.

Good layout of store. Friendly and approachable staff but not at all pushy. Bright clean environment. Clear labelling and colour coordination of products. Good atmosphere.

Ryan went out of his way to find us the right type of mattress we were looking for, and then gave us all the time needed (best part of 2 hours overall in fact) to find the exact one.

Great customer service and focus, without being overbearing. Friendly and knowledgeable. Assistant was great with my son. It was a bed for him, and he took time to explain about the matress to him and how it worked. I really appreciated that. Well done, Ryan.

Ryan who served me in the Bury st Edmunds store was very helpful & polite, from the moment I walked in he acknowledged me & helped me find just the mattress I was looking for. He also explained everything clearly & wasn't a pushy sales person at all.
