The manager Lewis was very friendly, attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to what we were looking for, made suggestions and gave us different options. He spent time making sure we were happy, gave us different pillows to try, suggested we try different mattresses until we found the one that suited us best. He was very good at explaining the technology of bed/mattress construction and comfort.There was no pressure, he just seemed to want to make sure we got what we were looking for and were happy with our choice. We got our last bed just under 10 years ago from Dreams and had a good experience then too so would not hesitate to come back again on the strength of our excellent experiences. Thank you

Grace was more than obliging in every aspect of our Dreams experience and having never used Dreams before we were extremely impressed!
