I went into Benson's first and the sales person was pushy and smug, I would not have bought in there based on those two or three minutes, when I went in Dreams I assumed I'd be leaving equally quickly but was delighted with Sally's friendly and knowledgeable approach. She was very down to earth and made it a fun way to buy a mattress - even though we spent more than double the amount we planned - it was a pleasure.

Ryan was friendly and knowledgeable, didn't press us to buy, offered us drinks and took his time allowing us to reach a decision without pressure.

Friendly and helpful staff, not pushy allowed you to enter shop and look around with out any pressure but helpfully when you needed them. Good competitive prices and excellent range of products.
