The member of staff answered all the questions I wanted answers for and gave us additional information from his knowledge.

When we walked in the store we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who took us directly to the product we were discribing and explained a couple of other options just to make sure it was what we wanted. Order went through quite keen and within a reasonable time frame.

My husband and I were very satisfied with the service we received today at the Bury St Edmunds store today. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Very good service and product

The member of staff was highly knowledgeable and helpful spending a very long time with us while we choose out bed and matress but was no pushy at all unlike other shops we had been into, he made our purchase very pleasant.

We were greeted by staff as we browsed and were pointed in the right direction and given advise on the desired product. We were given plenty of time to make any decision. Staff were on hand when needed. Excelent sevice.

The sales woman that served me was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the completion of my order from but it was with the computer system and not the sales woman. All my imformation had to be entered again but it was dealt with in a very professional and speedy manner.

The staff were extremely friendly, one member of staff comforted my upset baby whilst I was busy making payment. I was offered a drink on arrival and found Ryan to know what he was talking about and very helpful.

It was a friendly and easy process from start to finish.
