The assistant (Vicky) was very understanding and helpful as I suffer from severe osteoarthritis. She listened to my needs and took me to the appropriate beds. She brought me a pillow to assist me with my choice, there was no rush or pressure to buy anything. I was very satisfied and pleased with the way I was treated.

Polite,well informed customer service, without too much pressure to complete the sale.

The staff were super friendly and had good product knowledge. I opted to take the bed home myself as being Xmas with family arriving to stay I could not wait till after Xmas for delivery. They were helpful to me with this.

Eric was able to discuss many factors within the bed ranges. was very helpful and easy to talk to.

My other half and I had arrived at the Bury St Edmunds branch of Dreams with the express intent to purchase a mattress for our new bed in our new first home together. Upon arriving, we had no idea where to go and was just trying random beds in the bed frame section of the store. One of the members of staff - Eric, had noticed our plight and approached us in a friendly manner with a smile and asked us what we were looking for and if we required any refreshments. After informing him we were in the wrong section of the store for mattresses, he swiftly accompanied us to the right area for mattresses and asked us our requirements; informing us of each mattress style and their benefits as well as providing the same kind and professional explanation for the various styles of pillows. It was with his professional knowledge and assistance, that we had arrived at a pleasant choice of mattress, which was then swiftly sorted and paid for. It was for this reason why we had a highly satisfying experience. Please do thank Eric for us and we look forward to receiving our mattress.

We were looking for just a base unit, & were very impressed with yardley divan which we were shown.

The whole process was made easy by the assistant. He's knowledge and patience made the whole process enjoyable as well as simple. Both staff members exceeded my expectations and I could not fault the customer service

Eric the salesman took us straight to what we wanted. He was very friendly and helpful. As we had to collect our bed he arranged for it to be covered and was quite ok with us having to leave it in shop for a couple of days. He showed us how the mechanism worked as we had an electric mobility bed for my husband.
