Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

This was a return visit to Dreams in Bury St Edmunds and the reason for the return was because of the people working there. (Eric). He was still there at the recent visit and was no less friendly and efficient. As was Grace, who was lovely too. They manage the right balance of being available and informative without any sales pressure. I also like the fact that products are all produced in the U.K. And there is a choice of makes including natural fibres.

We were looked after by a team member called sally,,very happy with the service

a1 service understanding staff and friendly. took time to explain everything that was asked of. after we had bought the bed the staff again went through all details for delivery etc. more than happy to use Dreams again.

From start to finish the service was excellent and the assistant who served us very friendly and an asset to your company and made an great cup of coffee well done to Grace

The assistant, Ryan, was happy to deal with my enquiries about products. I was not under any pressure to make a purchase. I was able to go away and return the next day to complete my purchase.
