Was served by friendly guy who seemed to know what he as talking about. Did not have to wait long for delivery. Delivery man phoned when he said and delivered when he said. Have not slept on bed yet so hope it is as good as they have told us.

The lady and Eric were very attentive and knowledgeable.

Time and effort was given by Lewis and Eric in store, providing a professional, courteous and quality service whilst also entertaining our busy 5 year old. We came back to this store deliberately after enquiries approximately one month earlier impressed us with customer service despite not purchasing at that time. It was this continuing outstanding service, attention to detail and not feeling any obligation to buy or hard sell that meant we went in to purchase one double mattress for said bouncing little one and ended up ordering a further new double mattress for a guest room and luxury king mattress for ourselves-such was their skill ! Nothing felt too much trouble, being able to ask questions and receive clear answers made our decision to buy more products informed and comfortable.

Simply a pleasure to step into the store and deal with Eric and Lewis. They were very knowledgable and took time to find out what we needed. We came away thinking what a great experience that was and would do it again tomorrow (if we had the money) Thanks again

We went into the shop and felt overwhelmed. Grace, the assistant greeted us and showed us what was where. Then is was simple to choose our mattress, order and select delivery. All being well we will be sorted next week when our new mattress arrives and the old one is removed.

Greeted friendly on entering the store by grace who ex planed the colour coding of the mattress. We was then free to look around with no pressure (good).
