Sally was knowledgable without being pushy. We knew roughly what we wanted before we arrived but Sally gave us a lot more information confirming we had indeed made the right choice.

We were very quickly offered assistance and shown what we were looking for, the whole process of choosing and ordering were easily and quickly completed.

The assistant was helpful without being pushy. She had a detailed knowledge of your products. She didn't bother us when we were trying out various beds but came over quickly when help was needed.

Lewis and Vicky were excellent in helping us to find the right bed. Also Lewis had been very helpful previously in helping us sort out a problem with our old bed. Spent the time helping us and leaving us to consider.

I found the staff to be attentive, knowledgeable but not pushy. The shop was clean and the way the beds were made up really helped me to make a decision. I needed to get rid of my old bed and the removal service clinched it for me. Overall the shop had a really nice relaxed environment.

The assistant gave us full details of the options available (so many that it made choosing a bit hard!) and let us try the various mattresses a number of times.

The store assistant was extremely helpful without being overbearing. His advice was good and we got through the transaction quickly
