Eric was so kind and helpful. He talked to our two year old daughter and entertained her while we were figuring our what bed we wanted and while we did paperwork. Eric is why we will come back. Great products and wonderful helpful employees.

Vicky was fantastic when my partner and I purchased a bed and mattress for our first flat together at the Bury St Edmunds store. Vicky was clearly very knowledgeable about the different styles and materials used, while making us feel extremely welcome from our first visit to the end of our second (when we made our purchases). I would definitely recommend the Bury St Edmunds store to friends and family without hesitation (and would always tell them to ask for Vicky!)

The sales man was extremely helpful and knowledgeable able the mattresses, listened to our requirements and helped us select the right one. We were testing mattresses for quite a while to make sure we both liked it. We were offered refreshments and the sales man even entertained our 3 month old baby whilst we were testing the beds!

We always buy our beds from dreams and have done for approx 8 years following a bad experience with Bensons for beds. Dreams staff are always helpful and not on the "hard sell" which makes the experience much more pleasant, I cant recommend dreams enough, i have never had a bad nights sleep since my first purchase. We have a household of 3 adults and 2 children, all in dreams beds without any issues.

Ryan was our in store facilitator and my wife and I were impressed with his friendly manner, product knowledge, helpfulness, sense of humour and lack of "pushiness". This excellent customer service, together with his willingness to help us a little with the price, made this, our first visit to Dreams, an enjoyable and worthwhile experience.

The assistant Sally was top class and a credit to your business on both of our visits.

Your shop is in an industrial estate and so parking was easy.I was also able to shop in Sainsburys later. I was greeted in a most charming and friendly way.We exchanged pleasantries before getting down to business. The salesman understood immediately what I wanted.He listened to my requirements patiently and without interruption. We then examined my options for a mattress.I was keen to have a specific recommendation but the salesman said that he would prefer me to make a judgement on my own behalf based on the information he provided and the practical demonstration that he illustrated to me and the actual experience of trying the mattresses. I made my choice easily and was very happy that it was the RIGHT choice. However ,no matter ,I have recourse if the experience is disappointing.
