Got what we wanted

We had viewed the product we wanted whilst visiting a branch on holiday. We were pleased to find what we wanted near home. The assistant Ryan was extremely helpful giving extra advice and being patient and interested. He explained everything thoroughly and offered any further help.

Eric was very helpful. good manner.

The time and explanation given by Eric at Bury St. Edmunds Branch was informative, calm and polite. He answered all our queries and gave us all the information we would need for delivery and collection of old mattress. No detail was left uncovered.

We were served by Ryan ,he was very helpful and friendly and when my son told him that he had a new mattress ( not from dreams I hasten to add ) and woke up each morning with crippling back ache, Ryan asked how many pillows did he have. 3 was the answer to which Ryan suggested one good one should be plenty and he would be lying properly. We bought the pillow and he sleeps better and with no back ache Ryan is an exceptional salesman and next time we need new bedding we shall certainly go to Dreams.

the salesman and the manager had time to explain what i asked them and did not make me feel as if they wanted me to hurry and get me finished.i liked liked my experiance shopping at dreams. timothy andrews.
