Eric served us in the Bury St Edmunds store. He was really friendly and knowledgeable about the beds and allowed us to take as much time as we wanted. He offered us complimentary water and went through the ordering process nice and slowly, covering all the important documents in a timely manner, making sure we understood everything we were signing. Very good experience!

Visit was a Friday afternoon we had a brief look around before a sales assistant asked if he could help, we were guided thorough the types of beds on sale, the sale's assistant took a great deal of time to understand our requirements and offered a number of beds which would suit us. At no time did we feel under pressure and found the whole buying experience quite enjoyable and are waiting for our new purchase to arrive
